Term & Condition
– Guest must settle the bill on 1st of the month for rental next month.
– Guest must settle the bill electric and water for previous period on 1st of the month.
– Security deposit refund on the date when you check-out after already deduct electric, water, stay completed 3 month and no furniture loss or damage.
– Rent fee not able to refund even though you stay not complete 30 days.
– Guest must inform to staff the date to check-out at minimum 30 days, if not security deposit will not be return.
– Guest must keep room clean by your own.
– Guest must return key and keycard when check-out, if lost 300 THB for fine fee.11

Cancellation Policy
– If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 30 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus the transfer fees.* We will transfer by Bank account only Bank the local in Thailand and by Paypal account for Bank at abroad.
– If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.
– You will not receive a refund for your booking or rent fee after checked-in already.
